Remove the possibility, do not promise restraint
Where a guarantee can be enforced by the database or the network instead of by good intentions, we enforce it there.
Arakno is built and operated by UNALSOFT, a software and AI company in Sisli, Istanbul. The first business it answered for was our own.
Our own agent handles our channels, writes into our CRM and holds anything that commits us. Everything on this site went through that first, which is why the governance layer exists at all.
Building it that way settled an argument early. An agent that only produces good text is a demo. An agent that touches a customer, a calendar or a ledger has to be answerable, and answerability has to be built into the data model rather than promised in a prompt.
Where a guarantee can be enforced by the database or the network instead of by good intentions, we enforce it there.
No surface in the product invents numbers to look healthy. If something is not connected, it says so.
Before a capability is accepted, it is probed against its own guarantee. Defects found that way are fixed before the release, and recorded.
Every significant change ships behind a flag with a rollback prepared, because a change you cannot undo is a change you cannot safely make.
UNALSOFT builds software, AI systems and digital products from Istanbul, and works with companies across Turkey and Europe. Arakno is our product, not a reseller arrangement, which means the people who answer your questions are the people who built it.
