One price per agent. Enterprise is scoped.

Growing teams pay a flat monthly price for each department agent they switch on, with no setup fee. Enterprise deployments are priced per year, against the scope we agree with you.

Model usage is not part of the agent price. Agents run on your own model account, so your model provider bills you directly and you can see every call there.

What moves an enterprise quote.

Scope

  • ChannelsA voice line carries more setup than a messaging channel, because the failure modes are less forgiving.
  • ConnectorsA documented API is quick. An internal system without one is a build.

Volume

  • Conversations and minutesTelephony usage scales with traffic, and is reported per run rather than estimated.
  • Approval loadA low threshold means more human review, which is a real operational cost on your side.

Assurance

  • Support windowA tighter response commitment costs more than best effort, and we would rather write it down than imply it.
  • Evidence workQuestionnaires, mapped approval routes and audit support take real hours.

In every deployment, at every size.

Included

  • Isolated single tenant deployment
  • Risk classification and the approval gate
  • Append only audit trail and correlation ids
  • Department handoffs, workflows and approval rules
  • Nightly review with evidence backed proposals
  • Shadow period before anything is sent
  • Operation, monitoring and credential rotation

Not included

  • Model usage, billed by your model provider on your own account
  • Telephony numbers and minutes
  • Connectors to systems without a usable API
  • Paid enrichment or data sources
  • Deployment into your own cloud account
  • On site work and training days

Fair questions about the price

What counts as one agent?

One department agent, for example the sales agent or the support agent. Each one has its own instructions, tools and approval rules, and hands work to the other departments when the job crosses a line. Eight departments are available: sales, marketing, customer support, operations, finance, purchasing, human resources and quality.

Why is there no setup fee?

Because the setup for a growing team is standard work: your sector, your departments, your channels. Arakno ships with starting presets for 29 sectors, and you can describe your own. Work that is genuinely custom, such as a connector to a system with no usable API, is quoted separately and before it starts.

How is model usage billed?

On your own model account. Your provider bills you directly, so the usage you pay for is the usage you can see. Each skill is routed to the model that suits it, so routine work does not run on a premium model, and you can see and change the routing.

Why is Enterprise not priced here?

Because the honest answer depends on your systems. A messaging agent on one channel with a clean CRM API and a voice deployment across three brands with a legacy back office are different pieces of work. Publishing one enterprise number would mean quoting the second customer the first one's price, and then renegotiating.

What if we want to run it ourselves later?

Enterprise deployments can live in your own cloud account. Your data is exportable per source at any point, at every size.

Start with one agent on your busiest department.

Forty minutes on your channels and systems is enough to pick the first agent, or to scope an enterprise deployment.
